Important: Always remove the internal flax/rice pack before cleaning. The insert is not washable.

Sleeve Care: Machine wash your flannel cover on a cool, gentle cycle. For best results, tumble dry on low heat.

Note: Only put the insert back into the sleeve once the sleeve is 100% dry.
For Cold Therapy (Cool Relief):

Protect Your Wrap: To keep your wrap in perfect condition, place the full pack inside a sealed plastic zip-top bag before putting it in the freezer.

Why the bag? This is the most important step! While the freezer is cold, it is also a moist environment. The sealed bag prevents the flax and rice insert from absorbing any moisture or freezer odors, ensuring your pack stays dry and fresh for every future use.

Freeze: Leave the wrapped pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or keep it there permanently so it’s always ready for a quick cooling session).

Note: Cold therapy is perfect for reducing inflammation and providing a refreshing, soothing chill whenever you need it most.

For Heat Therapy (Warm Hug):

Place your COZYWrap (with the sleeve on) directly into the microwave.

Heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds maximum.

Caution: The pack will be hot! Handle with care when removing from the microwave and always test the temperature against your skin before applying it to sensitive areas.
